By downloading, accessing, or using the SeaGen AI application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

SeaGen AI is an artificial intelligence powered application that allows users to create and generate videos using images, prompts, or other inputs.

The application may provide features such as:

• SeaGen AI generation
• Photo-to-video transformation
• Text-based video prompts
• Template-based video creation
• Visual effects and animated scenes

The service may process user inputs through remote servers to generate requested video outputs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SeaGen AI.

By using the application, you represent and warrant that:

• You meet the minimum age requirement
• You have the legal capacity to accept these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for the content they upload, submit, or generate using the app.

You agree not to use SeaGen AI to:

Users are responsible for reviewing generated content before sharing or publishing it.

5. Intellectual Property

The SeaGen AI application, including its design, software, graphics, and technology, is owned by the developer and protected by intellectual property laws.

Users may not:

• Copy or reproduce the application
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Modify or redistribute the software
• Use the application in unauthorized commercial environments

Content uploaded by users remains the responsibility of the user.

6. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Some features of SeaGen AI may require a paid subscription.

Subscription details:

• Payment is charged through the Apple App Store account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in their Apple ID account settings

If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends.

7. Content Processing

To provide video generation features, user inputs such as images, prompts, or generation requests may be processed through secure servers.

Content may be temporarily stored during the generation process and deleted after the request is completed unless required for service operation.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep SeaGen AI available and functioning reliably. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeaGen AI shall not be responsible for:

Use of the application is at the user’s own discretion and risk.
