• Images: Photos selected from your device gallery or captured using the camera.
• Search Requests: Actions initiated by you to perform image similarity searches.

This information is used only to perform the search you request. AI Face Search does not use submitted images for advertising, marketing, profiling, or behavioral tracking.

Image Search & Public Data Sources

AI Face Search compares submitted images against publicly available images indexed from open and accessible sources on the internet.

The App does not access private accounts, paywalled services, or restricted databases. Search results may include links or references to publicly available profiles or webpages. AI Face Search does not control, host, or modify third-party content and is not responsible for the accuracy or availability of external sources.

Image Processing & Third-Party Services

To perform image similarity matching, AI Face Search securely transmits uploaded images to trusted third-party image processing services using encrypted connections.

Images are used only to generate search results requested by the user. They are not used for facial recognition, identity verification, advertising, or to train AI or machine-learning models. Third-party providers process images only for the requested search functionality and are not permitted to use the data for any other purpose.

Images may be retained temporarily for processing and security purposes and are automatically deleted shortly after the search is completed, typically within 60 seconds.

Data Storage & Retention

AI Face Search follows a minimal-retention, privacy-first approach.

• Uploaded images are processed temporarily and automatically deleted shortly after processing, typically within 60 seconds.
• AI Face Search does not store uploaded images on its own servers.
• Search history, if available, is stored locally on your device.
• Removing images, clearing app data, or uninstalling the App deletes all locally stored data.

Camera & Photo Library Access

The App requests access to your camera and photo library only when you choose to upload or capture an image. Permissions can be managed or revoked at any time through your device settings.

Technical Diagnostics

To maintain app stability and performance, AI Face Search may collect limited technical diagnostics such as device type, operating system version, and crash or error logs. This information is anonymized, does not include uploaded images, and is not linked to your identity. AI Face Search does not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.

Notifications

AI Face Search may send notifications related to app functionality or important service updates. Notifications are sent only with your explicit system-level permission and can be enabled or disabled at any time through your device settings. AI Face Search does not send promotional or advertising notifications.

Payments & Subscriptions (If Applicable)

All purchases and subscriptions are processed securely through Apple’s App Store. AI Face Search does not collect or store payment information and receives only anonymized subscription status confirmation from Apple. Subscription management and cancellations are handled through your Apple ID settings.

User Control

You remain in control of your data. You may remove uploaded images, clear local app data, or uninstall the App at any time. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered by AI Face Search.

Children’s Privacy

AI Face Search is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from children. Any such information will be promptly deleted.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. While no system can guarantee absolute security, protecting user data is a top priority.
